I have discovered breathwork in Sri Lanka. I’ve made two very important discoveries in my life that have changed my way of seeing the world forever. It’s psychoanalysis and Conscious Connected Breathing.

Well, for me, those two approaches are deeply connected as they represent two ways of exploring your deeper self and deeper meaning. Conscious connected breathing is a journey into self which is allowing unconscious contents to come back to the surface at a very fast pace.
It’s a way to travel into yourself and connect to your true essence. It brings clarity, decreases stress, calms the mind and releases trauma and brings wellbeing. It helps you to achieve wholeness.

Everything that emerges during breathwork is addressed in the psychotherapy setting to be understood and integrated in your experience.
The combination of the two approaches can be challenging sometimes but it’s highly effective as CCB is the royal voice to the unconscious.
